Competing to demonstrate what makes us the best
office supplies dealer in the country, we showed
how our focus on selling more products to a loyal
customer base has improved business performance.
Judges' comments: "Having made significant investments in customer research and staffing to inform and implement a re-branding programme that emphasised a product diversification strategy, Penketh's delivered an increase in net profits in a year which saw difficult trading conditions for all UK dealers."
Reseller Marketing Award 2010
For the Marketing award, we provided detailed information on
the success of our Website Launch campaign which was carried
out from May to July this year. We exceeded many of our
objectives and the campaign resulted in a significant increase
in the number of our customers ordering online.
Judges' comments: "Penketh's set clear objectives for their campaign and continually put good measurements in place. Their hard work produced some amazingly effective results from low investment costs."

- Adopting a 'single source' approach to supply
everything your office needs
- Practising what we preach - offering a range of recycling
services to our customers and achieving IS0 14001
Judges comments: “Penketh's were adjudged winners through their introduction of highly innovative products and services - including their ground-breaking 'Electro Collect' electrical product reclaims and recycling service. These were offered to customers via a sales team that had been fundamentally reorganised and incentivised to present a 'one source' approach. This is resulting in impressive financial performance in the current difficult trading conditions."
