Returns policy
We understand that as a supplier it’s important to be transparent so you can be confident in the level of service, care and attention that you can expect to receive. For this reason in the unlikely event your goods arrive faulty, unwanted, or there’s a shortage, we have comprehensive procedures in place to put it right.
We try to be as flexible as possible but when adhering to manufacturer terms & conditions we ask that items to be returned are be sent back to Penketh's within 10 working days of delivery. If you return a product within this period of time in an unused and resalable condition, a refund or credit can be arranged or replacement item will be sent.
No furniture returns will be accepted without the prior consent of the Company. Office furniture and printed matter is manufactured to order and cannot be returned once ordered, except for instances of damage or defectiveness. Any accepted goods returned must be in a fully resalable condition*.
*A product is in a resalable condition when it is in the original packaging, not written on and the packaging is not visibly damaged.

There are certain products on our website which can only be returned if they are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition. Where this applies, you will see a message under the product description advising this.
If your products are damaged or faulty when delivered, please call our Customer Services team on 0151 737 5000 who will arrange a return and replacement.
When returning an Ink or Toner cartridge due to a fault in printing, a print sample is required. Please put your faulty print sample in an envelope, mark it ‘Print Sample’ and attached it to the box/cartridge you are returning.
A credit will not be issued without a print sample.
