If you are an existing Penketh's customer who would like to order online for the first time (and have not previously been sent login details), please click here to request login details and select 'I already have an account'.
If you are a brand new customer to Penketh's and would like to apply for an account, please click here and select the most suitable statement.
To add or make changes to an existing order, please contact our Customer Services team between the hours of 8.30 am - 5.30 pm on 0151 737 5000. Or alternatively, email enquiries@penkeths.co.uk.
Please note: Cancellations for furniture items must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your order confirmation.
To make ordering with Penketh's convenient for our customers, we offer a number of different ordering methods for you to choose from.
Website: Order via our new website. Our new website has been developed to provide a personalised online shopping experience. You can view your personal prices, select a preferred delivery date and use many other online features to personalise your online shopping experience. If you're not a registered customer, simply set up a new home account or request a business account by clicking here.
Telephone: To order by telephone, call our friendly Customer Services team on 0151 737 5000 with your account details and the relevant product codes at hand.
Email: If you prefer to order by email, send your order to the Penketh's Customer Services team at enquiries@penkeths.co.uk.
