A crucial element of any supply-led relationship, Penketh’s are able to offer next day delivery nationwide on a core basket stationery and toner products ordered before 5pm. All other products will be delivered in the quickest, most convenient time available to your business, irrespective of location.
Penketh's deliver Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. All deliveries are to UK mainland.
We offer free delivery for all orders of £30 or more.
Please note: a £7.95 charge applies for delivery to Home Customers at residential addresses.
For orders below £30, a delivery charge may be applied to addresses within certain postcodes. All delivery charges will be displayed clearly at the online checkout point before order confirmation. We offer a nationwide next day delivery service for all orders placed before 5.15 pm.
Please note: Business machines, bespoke items and special items are subject to extended delivery times. Please check the availability section in the product detail page to see if a product is classed as a special item.
If you have any special delivery requirements, details must be provided in the relevant section during step 1 of the online checkout process.
Products from your order may be sent out at different times depending on product availability. If you wish for your complete order to be held until all orders are ready for delivery, the correct box must be selected in step 1 of the online checkout process.
Please note: this may mean you will not receive your order the next day.
Furniture deliveries will be scheduled and confirmed within 48 hours of the order being placed. Any alterations to the confirmed delivery date can only be made if more than 10 working days notice is given - if not, storage costs will apply.
Furniture delivery charges will be applied depending on the level of service you require. 'Curb side' delivery will be charged at 10% of the cost of the furniture items ordered. A full delivery and installation service will be charged at 20% of the cost of the items.
